As our team is on-site we’ll being asking a variety of questions. Such as build package, selections, timelines, while also outlining how we work. Once we’ve narrowed your selections we’ll review with our team & begin the estimate stage.

At this stage we’ll assign pricing to your project. Each build package has unique features; thus, each estimate is unique. That said, we use a fixed cost pricing model, meaning once we agree & sign, that is the final price you can expect upon completion. If you decide to make changes along the way we simply provide you a price update, so there are never surprises when finished.

Expectations during any project is critical. Not only will we review & sign contracts, but we’ll walk through the various milestones of the build. This is a great opportunity to ask questions pre-construction.

Time to get to work! During the construction stage you can expect skilled craftsmen and women to put your vision to action. From framing, electrical, plumbing, to final trim & paint, this is when it all comes together!

At this stage we’ll assign pricing to your project. Each build package has unique features; thus, each estimate is unique. Choosing your finishes is an exciting step of the process. Weather it’s epoxy floors, a new mini-split system (heat & a/c), or a full workout space; we’ve got you covered! This is the stage where your ideas come to reality.

Where do I start?
The first step is filling out a request estimate form, HERE. If you prefer, please give us a call and we’ll schedule a comprehensive visit from our team. They will create a plan that maximizes space while keeping the basement functional and attractive.
Do you offer a warranty plan for basement suites?

Can you provide references and testimonials?
We are always happy to provide references and testimonials from clients (with their permission of course), reach out and our team will assist you.
How much will it cost?
Every project is unique, and each homeowner has different requirements, based on your specific needs we’ll assemble an estimate for you.
Do you offer financing?
As we expand our services, we are looking to partner with a B2B financing partner. At this time, we do not offer financing.
How long will my remodel take?
As each project is custom & unique, we strive to complete all projects within the expected timeframe established during the pre-construction phase.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance. All our sub-contractors are similarly insured for the work they perform.
Do I have to pull permits?
No, as a licensed builder we will pull all the required permits throughout the project, providing the best experience possible.
Once we agree upon a contract amount, will the price change?
We use a fixed price model. Thus we set a price at the pre-construction phase when we have scoped out product selections to mitigate project surprises. Change Orders to the original plan, specifications, or unforeseen circumstances are the most common cost changes. We are always upfront & communicative when/if these occur.
